1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on MediCart, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of MediCart.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with USD approximations for reference only. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
3. Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Invoice (Net 30) for eligible business accounts. For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. For bank transfers, orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed. Net 30 invoicing is available exclusively for verified B2B accounts. MediCart does not store any payment card information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Pakistan with a standard flat shipping rate of Rs 88 per order. Free delivery is available for card payments on eligible orders. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. MediCart is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Medical and dental instruments are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
6. Product Information
Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in appearance may occur. MediCart sells professional dental and medical instruments intended for use by trained professionals. We are not responsible for any misuse of products by unqualified individuals. Always verify instrument specifications with your procurement team before purchasing.
7. User Accounts
You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. MediCart is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login information. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
MediCart's liability is limited to the total value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. This includes but is not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunity.
9. Privacy
Your personal information (name, email, address, phone) is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for delivery (courier partners) or legal compliance. By placing an order, you consent to our use of your data as described.
10. Changes to Terms
MediCart reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
